  • Orders must be placed minimum 10 days in advance.

  • Price order will be $30 per person, includes all below selections (except the extras will be selected) will be quoted as an extra at the end, plus miscellaneous and service charges.

  • Order must be placed by one of the managers from the corporate Cboe official email addresses.

2. We will send you an invoice in about 1 day
3. Review the invoice + make the payment online
4. Receive email confirmation 
5. All set.. see you at the date requested
